Even in the Douay Version (Catholic Editon of the Bible) in which those 7
books are included, still you cannot find the word Purgatory.
right on!!
Satan's Minion moaned and groaned in a sicko effort to lure more
There's no such purgatory. No where in the Bible you'll find the word
pugatory!
You mean the Bible in which Protestants threw out 7 books some time in
the
18th or 19th century?
S.M.
CHRISTIANS threw nothing out, Satan's Minion
Only the romanist cult was angered at the INTELLIGENCE of those who
refused to believe its lies, and lived to tell about it.
Crawl back into your slimy pit, demon from Hell.
Ho Ho Ho! Starting to sound like the Reverend Winter, there doc. Have you
been reading Luther?

books are included, still you cannot find the word Purgatory.
So what? You can't find the word Methodist, Calvinist or Lutheran either.
Some things were not revealed in scripture. But we can find this, indicating
Anyway, Purgatory was believed by the Jews in the Old Testament ...
Maccabbees is not inspired writing. It is from the APOCRYPHA, or
'hidden books' and is not, therefore, to be considered SCRIPTURE.
2 Macc 12:44 For if he were not expecting that those who had fallen would
rise again, it would have been superfluous and foolish to pray for the
dead. 45 But if he was looking to the splendid reward that is laid up for
those who fall asleep in godliness, it was a holy and pious thought.
Therefore he made atonement for the dead, that they might be delivered from
their sin.
^^^^nothing about purgeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetoreeeeeeeeeee there!!
Sirach 7:33 Give graciously to all the living, and withhold not kindness
from the dead.
^^^^nothing about purgeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetoreeeeeeeeeee there either !!
Jews, Catholics, and Eastern Orthodox have always believed in the reality
of the final purification. It was not until the Protestant Reformers came
in the 1500s that anyone denied this doctrine - evidenced by the fact that
the Reformers removed the above 2 books out of the Bible.
unscriptural, uninspired, and unbiblical..........
If there is no purgatory, Why does Jesus make a distinction that certain
sins can and cannot be atoned for in the age to come?
your false beliefs in purgeeeeeeeeeeeetoreeeeeeeeeee have nothing to
do with what my Lord Jesus spoke of.
As usual, you're clutching at straws, and coming up with the short
ones EVERY time.
Matt 12:32 And whoever says a word against the Son of man will be forgiven;
but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in
this age or in the age to come.
^^^^^^The above STILL says nothing about your imaginary purgatory....
...If there is no purgatory, would Paul preach that some will be
saved, but only as through fire?
FIGURATIVE speech, not literal, romanist.
And Paul was not a romanist either...
1 Cor 3:13 each man's work will become manifest; for the Day will disclose
it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test what sort
of work each one has done. 14 If the work which any man has built on the
foundation survives, he will receive a reward. 15 If any man's work is
burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only
as through fire.
AGAIN< FIGURATIVE SPEECH, romanist infidel.
Rev 21:27 But nothing unclean shall enter it, nor any one who practices
abomination or falsehood, but only those who are written in the Lamb's book
of life.
^^^^^still sez NOTHING about your stupid, imaginary 'purgatory',
Bryan.
You're all wet behind the ears.
Isaiah 6:5 And I said: "Woe is me! For I am lost; for I am a man of unclean
lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; for my eyes
have seen the King, the Lord of hosts!" 6 Then flew one of the seraphim to
me, having in his hand a burning coal which he had taken with tongs from
the altar. 7 And he touched my mouth, and said: "Behold, this has touched
your lips; your guilt is taken away, and your sin forgiven."
Yes, the Bible God gave us DOES indeed say that- nevertheless, that
has nothing to DO with romanist imaginary 'purgatory'.
Matt 9:47 And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out; it is better for
you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be
thrown into hell, 48 where their worm does not die, and the fire is not
quenched. 49 For every one will be salted with fire.
Those who go to HELL, yes............ READ THE VERSES, romanist
infidel!
If there is no purgatory, who are all those "under the earth" mentioned all
throughout the Bible?
Learn to READ, Bryan.. then come back and ask politely ----

remanider of youre total LACK of comprehension ignored.
